Booking Terms

We take great care to make your experience with Graze By Steph an enjoyable one!

To ensure a smooth booking and delivery/pickup process, we have a few terms and conditions. These are in place so everyone’s happy!

By placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

BOOKING TERMS:

  • Product may be replaced with a product of equal or higher value if there are stock shortages.

  • You cannot purchase alcohol if you (or the recipient) are under the age of 18 years. Identification may be required on pickup/delivery.

  • Deliveries will be between 9-4pm on the agreed delivery date, unless previously discussed. Once the box has been delivered, it is no longer our responsibility. Please try to ensure a recipient is home to receive the delivery.

  • Allergen traces may be present however we do take great care, especially when preparing allergen friendly boxes. This means we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen free products. All products may contain traces of allergens.

  • Grazing table booking deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation will give you a store credit for up to 365 days from deposit payment UNLESS cancelled within 7 days of the event, in which case your deposit is forfeited and no store credit will be give.

  • Any box order that has been fully paid for is non-refundable in the chance a customer may need to cancel their order. You will be given a store credit to use from 28 days of payment date UNLESS cancellation occurred within 24 hours of agreed delivery date, in which case your payment will be forfeited.

  • All products must be consumed within three (3) hours after the grazing table has been set up or from the delivery of a takeaway box order, in line with government rules and regulations. Consumption of said products beyond the said period shall be at your own risk. 

    Graze by Steph shall not be liable for any resulting damage, injury or sickness whatsoever, whether remote or proximate, for failure to consume orders within three (3) hours of set up or delivery, or for the customer’s failure to take health, safety and hygienic measures into consideration when consuming food products.

HOW TO BOOK WITH GRAZE BY STEPH:

We’ve simplified our ordering process. You can order right here on our website! It’s as easy as 1-2-3.

  1. Head to our product page for the desired product and complete the enquiry form. Make sure to include your contact details, your requested date and whether you would like delivery (a travel fee will be charged), or pickup.

  2. Steph will get back to you ASAP, with confirmation if your date is available and an invoice ready for you to pay. Please note your order is not confirmed until this invoice is paid.

  3. ENJOY your delicious goodies.
